  • If I had Medicare previously and recently moved, am I covered?

    Depending on your plan, the Medicare Advantage plan may not follow you to a new city, county, or state, so it is important to check the status of your plan and re-enroll, if necessary.

  • When should I enroll in Medicare Advantage?

    If you had coverage through a Medicare Advantage plan before you moved and have notified your plan, your Special Enrollment Period timeframe begins one month before you move and lasts for two months after your move.

  • What areas does Optum service?

    We provide care for patients in the greater Los Angeles metropolitan area, including Los Angeles County and North Orange County.
